Makes 10-15 truffles. Cooking time: 20 minutes
- 1 Avocado
- 100g Dark/Plain Chocolate
- 50g Cashew Nuts
- 1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Matcha Tea
1. Put the nuts, avocado flesh, chocolate & honey or maple syrup into your blender. Blend away until smooth.
2. Gently roll your mixture into small balls.
3. Roll the balls in cocoa and matcha tea.
3. Store in a closed container in the refrigerator or freezer.
